Regina Chante, LMT
Regina is a 2004 graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts. She offers deep tissue work, trigger point therapy, Tui Na (therapeutic massage based on Traditional Chinese Medicine), relaxation massage, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki. Her bodywork sessions are designed to help clients improve range of motion, increase blood and energy circulation, reduce overall stress, and support the body’s innate healing ability. Her continuing education includes medical qigong, herbal medicine, and Acutonics sound healing. She loves being with her family, playing music, being outdoors, and good comedy.
Sam graduated from East West College in 2012. He received his Chiropractic Assistant certification in 2015. He specializes in trigger point, deep tissue, myofascial release, tuina and sports massage. Each session is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on pain and stress relief. He also educates each patient on body mechanics and proper posture as to keep them healthy and pain free. His spare time is spent hiking, biking, longboarding, cooking and going on adventures with his dog.
Brittany's massage philosophy emphasizes stress reduction as the core element in alleviating pain. Her sessions are deeply relaxing, which allows the body to respond effectively to precise, therapeutic work. She received her massage education in Hawaii in 2011, where she studied deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and the soothing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage. She has worked with dozens of triathletes competing in the Ironman World Championship in Kona, HI. Here in Portland, OR she attended East West College and has found a niche at Equilibrium making deep tissue massage an enjoyable, soothing experience with as little pain as possible.
